In general, 90% of appraisals are covered by the Fee Schedule. Appraisals fees are based upon 

complexity and time. Homes, multi-family, condominiums, and PUD's in developed areas

where data is generally available and the subject of the appraisals is not an "odd ball" would

most likely fall into the general fee arrangements. Special dwellings, non-confirming homes, homes with more than 3,500 sqare feet of living area,

luxury residences and those located on deep water access canals, etc. may not be covered
