In general, 90% of appraisals are covered by the Fee Schedule. Appraisals fees are based upon |
|
complexity and time. Homes, multi-family, condominiums, and PUD's in developed areas |
|
where data is generally available and the subject of the appraisals is not an "odd ball" would |
|
most likely fall into the general fee arrangements. Special dwellings, non-confirming homes, homes with more than 3,500 sqare feet of living area, |
|
luxury residences and those located on deep water access canals, etc. may not be covered |
|
